How we price

Digital marketing tailored to your needs

Rather than commodifying all our services into one-size-fits-all packages that may not work for everyone, we start with a one-time strategy assessment to identify what channels and tactics would be appropriate to meet your companies’ goals. 

Mixed pricing model

We use project-based pricing as well as hourly-based retainers, depending on the needs of our individual clients.

Typically, we use similar past projects to inform project-based fees and scoped time for our hourly retainers. 

Flexible, predictable billing

The initial strategy assessment is a one-time, $6,000 fee. We can also accommodate clients’ needs by splitting out fees into monthly payments for up to six months.

For retainers, we typically bill clients the first of each month for the previous month's work.

The costs of our service offerings for mid-size B2B companies typically look something like this:

Strategy assessment

Cost: $6000 flat fee

Duration: approx. 3 - 4 weeks

Allows us to understand the buyer, assess the current marketing environment, and lay out recommendations for achieving your goals.

Foundation phase

Cost: variable (dependent on assessment findings), project-based pricing 

Duration: approx. 2 - 4 months

Allows us to clean up website problems and set up campaign assets that will provide a foundation for the work done in the next phase.

Projects in this phase often include:

  • Website building or refreshing
    Pricing for website services are determined by a number of factors, such as the site’s size, complexity, and CMS, but may be less expensive in situations that require only our design and development services, as opposed to full website builds, which require those services as well as architecture planning, copywriting, and strategy.
  • Paid search or social media advertising campaign
    For those new to online advertising who do not have complete accounts on advertising platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook, we charge a one-time set up fee for each account to set up appropriate audience targeting, desired advertising campaigns, and more.
  • Landing page template
    Landing page pricing varies depending on whether we are building our landing pages completely from scratch or are able to re-use existing modules. Additionally, whether we need to write new copy for the page affects pricing. As such, a landing page can take as little as 4 hours to as much as 24 hours of work depending on these factors, and the pricing will reflect that.
  • HubSpot automation setup
    The cost of automation setup depends on copywriting needs and the complexity and scale of your project. While the simplest projects can take minutes, the most complex can take months, so these factors are reflected in our quoted cost.
  • HubSpot onboarding
    The cost of onboarding varies depending on a number of factors, including which Hub(s) you’ve purchased, the level of assistance you require, amount of customization, tool set-up needs, and automation and reporting needs. Typically, the more involved the setup and the more customization required, the greater the investment.
  • CRM integration
    We have experience smoothly integrating CRMs like Salesforce and Zoho, as well as using Zapier for indirect integrations. Fees can be affected by factors such as CRM brand, whether custom properties are required, the complexity of the integration, volume of contacts, data types, and timing. In general, the more straightforward the integration, the lower the price.

Builder phase

Cost: variable (dependent on assessment findings); most of our clients have an hourly retainer ranging from $5,000 - 15,000 / month

Duration: 6+ months

An ongoing retainer scope that allows us to execute on the medium- and long-term strategy laid out in the assessment.
